We've been given some fantastic barbecuing weather recently and if you're anything like us, you'll have been out grilling/smoking/roasting at every opportunity. Also like us, you're probably glowing more than your barbecue lava rocks! The art of sun cream application doesn't come easily to the average Brit. Every time we buy a bottle of sun cream the clouds roll in and it's out of date before we get another chance to use it.

On that theme, the motto for this month should be...."Make hay and burgers while the sun shines!"
