Lamb Cutlets with BBQ Sauce

1 tbs Schwartz American Barbecue Seasoning Simply Shake Seasoning
1 tbs brown sauce
2 tbs tomato sauce
2 tbs orange juice
2 tbs olive oil
8 lamb cutlets
Blend all sauce ingredients together and pour over the cutlets.
Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator.
Place under a pre-heated grill or on a barbecue, turning occasionally,
basting with any remaining sauce for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
Makes 4 servings.
